Delivering Orders Near and Far
When you place an order with us, our team gets right to processing it with care. For domestic orders over $50, we’ll ship your items for free anywhere in the continental US using reliable carriers like USPS and UPS. Just provide us a valid shipping address at checkout. Smaller orders under $50 are subject to a flat $5 shipping fee.
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your delivery’s progress. Shipments usually arrive within 3-7 business days. Specific delivery days depend on your location. Rural areas may take a little longer.
If taxes apply for your state, don’t worry – we’ll calculate them upfront so there are no surprises. Per regulations, a signature may be required upon delivery for certain items like electronics. International shipping is not available currently, but will be soon!
Returns Made Easy
We want you to love what you ordered! If you need to return an unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery, we’re here to help. Just contact us to obtain a return authorization number. We don’t accept returns for customized or personalized products.
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued within 7-10 days back to your original payment method so you can reorder something else! You are responsible for return shipping costs. If an item is defective or damaged, we may cover return shipping under warranty.
